I know how it is. My Dad has gone through two rounds of Thyroid Cancer and treatment for it. Once in the 80s and then previously in 2001. Thankfully he is cancer free now.

I sat in the hospital with my dad the day after he got his surgery ( which left a huge ass fish hook scar on the right side of his neck that is awesome ) and just watched TV with him. Making conversation when he wanted it. Then again he was sorta doped up on morphine... He was goofy.

Haha.. everyone is home for her. Dad, me, my brother, so she'll probably have all the help she needs. Watch this, she'll just end up sleeping all day. xD

Our house would fall apart without her, so it's kind of a big deal.

XD Sleep is always good. My Dad did it a shit ton unless he was all: I have to pee. >8| Then it was awkward and I just handed him the thing he got to pee in and stared at the TV.
